This is an opportunity to join the ITP program family as the Finance Manager for one of the Product Families.  The selected individual is responsible for driving all aspects of program financial management including front end of the business and program execution.  This position requires proactive leadership, customer satisfaction, significant interaction with the program managers, functional leadership team, sub-contractors, customers and government representatives.  Additionally, this position requires coordination with other business areas within Raytheon.  The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across multiple requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Early business case analysis and ROI decision analysis to ensure correct business decisions, strategy development
• Flexibility in working with the customer community to shape opportunities to fit within budget constraints
• What-if analysis, cost/benefit trade-off decisions
• Proposal preparation, cost volume management, fact finding and negotiation compliant to all regulations/command media
• Creation and maintenance of program financials, including verifying the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of work
• Development of a baseline, and an understanding to be able to do so in accordance with EV mandates
• Ability to drive EV and management cadence
• Development/review of EAC/LRE and related Risk and Opportunities based on facts, data and analysis of assigned projects necessary to ensure integrity
• Finance liaison on Earned Value Joint Surveillances, DCAA audits, etc
• Product line financial management and forecasting of program financials for delivery to Program Manager, ITP FP&A for month end, short range outlooks, annual plan and strategic plan
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to the TIP and ITP finance team

Required skills:

• (Bachelor’s Degree in  Accounting, Finance Management, Business Management or Related Field with 8+ years related work experience) OR (Master’s Degree in  Accounting, Finance Management, Business Management or Related Field with 6+ years related work experience)
• Knowledge of EV
• Experience as financial lead in development programs using EV
• Experience with development of cost volumes and proposals
• Ability to learn to proficiently use new systems
• Experience in the MS Office suite of products
• Ability to create a deadline oriented environment, ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Influential communication skills, both verbal and written, beyond authority
• Current and Active Secret Clearance
