	Description	:	Schedule Regular - Full-time Primary Location IL-Chicago Metro-Rosemont Basic Purpose As an integral member of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team, this position will provide analytical support in the preparation and development of business analyses in addition to being a valuable contributor to the budget planning process. Description US Foods, one of the countries most innovative food companies and distributors is currently hiring a Financial Analyst for its Rosemont, IL Corporate Headquarters. As an integral member of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team, this position will provide analytical support in the preparation and development of business analyses in addition to being a valuable contributor to the budget planning process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare and distribute various weekly and monthly analyses to Field Operations and Business Leadership Leverage technology including Essbase to reduce cycle time, depth and quality of analyses Partner with key constituents (Field Operations, Monarch Foods, Support Office, Executive Leadership) to analyze performance against key initiatives and recommend solutions to further drive strategic improvements Analyze performance against key business strategies that relate to capital, sales, margin, cost and productivity Provide process and analytical support to budget planning process Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Masters degree and CPA/CMA preferred Related Experience: 2 or more years of financial analysis experience required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and accounting principles; proficient in Microsoft office applications (particularly Excel, Access and PowerPoint); Proficient in utilizing and extracting information from databases; experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion Planning, Essbase desirable Physical Requirements Standard office environment Shift - Day Job Job Function - Accounting Job Level - Individual Contributor Travel - No U.S. Foodservice is an EEO/AA employer.
