PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
Provides support to the Business Analysts in their efforts to effectively provide pricing analysis and contracts for the Abbott Vascular Sales Team. Reviews signed contracts and documentation, and updates CAPS (Contracts and Proposal System) with appropriate data, and completes and sends price load requests to Customer Service in accordance with OEC and corporate policies. Contract Analyst will also assist Business Analyst and Team Leads with various ad hoc reporting and special projects.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Assists the Business Analysts with generating price reports, and various Ad Hoc / Cognos reports to send to the sales team as requested. Completes weekly audit reviews of price loads to ensure accuracy in the SAP system. Other specific responsibilities include:
· Ability to work in team-oriented environment and working with cross-functional teams
· Must be responsive and demonstrate ability to meet stringent deadlines
· Timely submission of CAPS monthly reporting metrics
· Prepare scanned contracts, price letters, and bulk letters for filing including copying and sorting by account number
· Assist Business Analysts with response documents for RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
· Assist Business Analysts with the creation and processing of Price Letters
· Assist Business Analysts with the creation of Bulk Offer Letters

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE:

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Excel and Word expertise is essential. Contracting experience and a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
