Tuck draws students from all walks of life. Our goal is to create a community in which diversity is accepted and celebrated. For us, diversity means encouraging and including each person's ideas, perspectives, and life experiences. The Tuck Diversity Conference, created in 1994, offers prospective students a weekend of discussion, networking, mentoring, and socializing. You'll learn more about Tuck--our academic program, opportunities for personal and professional development, and what makes our community unique. You'll also have the chance to interact with companies that make diversity a priority. Students, alumni, faculty, staff and visiting executives join you at this student-run event. Tuck's Diversity Conference has emerged as one of the premier business school diversity events, known as an inclusive event for recruiters to connect with prospective and current students. Tuck encourages diversity on many levels, and we welcome employers with similar values to network with the participants of our Diversity Conference.
