Please join Sony Electronics, Incorporated (SEL) for an overview of their 2 year rotational program! We are targeting MBA 2nd Year students who are interested in assignments in the areas of Marketing (Consumer, B2B, Product Marketing), Sales, Strategic Planning, Retail Management and Human Resources. Our assignments provide challenging and meaningful experiences with professional and functional skills acquired during each rotation. On the job experiences are augmented with senior managerial level mentorship, formal coursework and executive level exposure. Participation in the rotation program requires geographic mobility. Final placement upon successful completion of the program may occur in a functional business group located in San Diego (SEL US Headquarters) or other national sites including San Jose, CA; Park Ridge, NJ; Los Angeles, CA; or Itasca, IL • Master of Business Administration with a concentration in General Management, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources or MA in Organizational Development • Up to 5 years of work experience or Master’s level internship experience • Strong leadership ability and high aptitude to learn and apply knowledge quickly • A track record of professional and academic success, including leadership in community or extra-curricular activities • Demonstrated interest in technology, consumer products and/or entertainment • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker, proactive work style, inquisitive mindset and quick to adapt to change • Strong PC and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) required • Ability to exhibit high energy, enthusiasm and a competitive edge • A high level of maturity, professionalism and potential to grow substantially within the organization • Geographic mobility required • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Sony Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values employees with global, cross-cultural perspectives.
